I have just signed up for a sim only deal but am not sure the previous contract is cancelled. How can I check?

It can sometimes take a while before the iD systems reflect any changes in the iD app and “My iD Account” online services,
If you were on a 24-month minimum term handset contract and have just changed/upgraded this today (for a SIM only plan), it may be a day or two before this appears online.
You can talk to iD customer services online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (the chatbot works 24/7).
