I have 4 phones (mine and 3 children) that were up for change of contract on 22/08/24, i would like to change them over to sim only, as of 22/08/24. i assume that i would have a 14 day cooling off period as it is a direct debit contract.
I can’t contact anyone physically to discuss this. please could you advise exactly what steps i need to take to ensure that i am not paying for 4 phones i have already paid for, but to ensure that my next direct debit is for sim only contract.
Or how i go about ending my 4 contracts under the cooling off period of the contract. i would like to go elsewhere where i could speak with someone if any issues. i have been with ID as a provider for 6 years, in the past i have been able to speak with a customer advisor.
