Contract ended and I opted for sim only but you’ve sent me an email with a bill which was my old amount.

Can you please confirm what date the change to your tariff took place and the date the bill was produced?

The new tariff was 4 December 2024 when the previous contract expired. I got an email with the bill amount on 8 January 2025
