My contract is ending 30 September 2025. When do I need to submit for PAC code to end the contract but keep my number? Thanks

    Hey there ​@Rad, if you wish to leave us via PAC code and not pay anything past 30/09/2025, you’ll need to request a PAC code before that date, purchase a new plan with your new network and tell them to complete the switch on 30/09/2025.
