Hi my contract ended 19/09/2025 and I have upgraded to a Sim only deal today but was sent an email saying my next deal will be £51 next month. So I will be having 2 direct debits ? I been trying to cancel but nowhere possible. Anyone had the same issue?

Hi ​@Mammie1997  please don’t cancel the Direct Debit, as this will be the one for your plan as you have upgraded. The bill will be pro rata which is why it may look a little more.
