Hello,

I am interested in one of the ID mobile 12 month contracts. Is there a chance that the bill will rise during the contract, or is it locked for the whole of the contract?

If the bill is going to rise, will it rise by a large amount?

iD Mobile say they’ll adjust charges with effect from your April bill after the CPI Rate is announced for the previous 12 months to February.

Charges get adjusted by multiplying them by (1 + (CPI Rate + 3.9%)), whereby the CPI Rate is a %.

The price increase usually only applies to iD Mobile handset contracts, not SIM only contracts, but this might change in the future @Bfednnn.

Hey @Bfednnn,

As @andewhite answered above, CPI increases are applicable to all plans, however, we currently do not apply increases on SIM only plans at this moment in time.

As above, this is subject to review each year, but I don’t believe one has been applied for over 3-4 years or more.
