Contract update problem

Purchased a new phone from Curry’s and they were to cancel my old ID phone rental.

  1. The purchase was made to update phone, retain exist number, and reduce monthly rental.
  2. Currently ID keep highlighting the old monthly charge, old contract has not been cancelled.

Cannot speak to ID, cannot get confirmation of cancelled rental, none of prompts appear to cater for this situation.

HELP. how do I update/alter my contract with ID to show line only agreement?

Did you definitely upgrade or purchase a brand new contract?

I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team so that they can check your purchase and confirm you have upgraded.

If you upgraded your current account would be upgraded with the same number. However the allowance should update in the app.
