conversion of Esim to physical sim

I have not been able to use my eSIM on my android phone , I ended up putting it on my husband iPhone , which he also as an I.d mobile eSIM . I want a physical sim in replacement of my eSIM

Yes what I want is to replace my eSIM to a physical sim . How do I do that , I stay I loughborough and can easily go to Leicester . Or what is the cost for sending it over here ?

    You can collect one in any Currys store, or if you prefer we can arrange to send one by post?

    Is there any  curry’s store at loughborough or Leicester  , and hope it would be the same number as the one on the eSIM because I have 200gig on it that I haven’t used at all for 2months now

    You can’t physically move an eSIM product from one phone to another phone, ​@Mkobello. 

    You can replace your iD eSIM with a physical iD SIM and keep your number, if follow iD Mobile SIM replacement process.

    Okay ​@Mkobello, a replacement iD SIM is free, whether you collect from Currys, or use the online iD web chat to order your replacement SIM. 

    Once you’ve got your replacement iD SIM, put the SIM in your phone and activate using one of the following ways:

    Where do I see a 19 digit  SIM card number , all I have is a barcode for the eSIM

    The SIM card number should be with the paperwork that came with the SIM.  

    This usually starts 894. If you are experiencing issues getting this activated please let us know and we can send you a private message to assist further.
