How do I contact customer service? 
The chat is not working.
I'm having network and internet problems and I'm working with my phone

    I found using Facebook Messenger the best but don't expect instant replies 

    If you have Broadband available then connect you phone through that for internet and also use it for calls using WiFi calling on your phone.
