I havent had a signal in Whitehaven, Cumbria (CA28 6LT) for the last 3 weeks.  Am I entitled to compensation?

Looks like the issue still hasn't been resolved.  Are you able to adjust my bill accordingly please.  I rely on my phone to keep in contact with my family.  Are you able to advise when this issue will be resolved please as I may be forced into changing my provider.  I don't understand why this is taking so long to resolve.  Can you explain why please.
