I received a Currys gift card. Unfortunately there is no money on the card. What can I do?

At least you have received something... ID after 2 months haven't sent me the voucher... Anyone able to assist?

Purchase a Google Pixel 9, Google Pixel 9 Pro or Google Pixel 9 Pro XL between 27/11/2024 – 03/12/2024.

 

Step 2:
Gift Card dispatched to registered email address between 21/12/2024 – 26/01/2025.

This is the message when I tried to check my balance. "Something went wrong. Please try your request again." I also went to a store and the card is empty.

It is now beyond the mentioned date of the 26th Jan and still no email with the £100 Currys gift card.

Hi Natalie,

I checked and it doesn't work. As I mentioned earlier, I was in a store and when I wanted to pay, I got a message that there was no money on the card.
