I have upgraded my sim months ago now and contacted id mobile on 4 occasions  via chat which has been a waste of my time, no resolution and no contact from customer service with any updates, yet again I am reaching out. My giftcard is not usable and that was the weighing factor of me upgrading the reward. I need this sorted asap because I shouldn’t still be going round in circles months down the line

Can you please expand on what happens when you attempt to use this? Do you get an error code at all?
