Please confirm:
- What date you ordered?
- What phone/SIM plan you ordered? If so, what make and model?
- What tariff (Data, calls, texts, cost per month)
- Where did you order from directly? (iD Mobile online, Currys, Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk, E2Save etc)
Finally, on the email when you were about to/when you did join us, it should state at the bottom how to claim or when you’d receive your gift voucher. If so, what does it state there and when does it state you’d receive it?
