My Currys PC World Gift Card is not working, I get an error saying "Invalid Card Status" on the Currys website. Live Chat support was not helpful at all, and told me to go to Currys support, and Currys support told me to go iD mobile support. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

When I put the card numbers into that website it just says "Something went wrong. Please try your request again."
I think the card may not have been activated or even have any money on it, I only received it about 3 days ago so I'm confused as to why this would be.
