customer service email for refer a friend

I have not received my refer a friend voucher from almost two years ago, is this a record? I can’t find an email to reply to, please help

Really?…….i did this weeks ago and was told he was no longer dealing with this. My contract has finished and I will be taking my business elsewhere, as too will my husband WHOM I REFERRED when his finishes. Absolute joke 😡
