Dare for Currys £100 gift card has passed.

I was informed through the chat that I should receive my £100 gift card by 10/01/2025. This hasn't been received yet. I currently receive regular emails from ID and Currys so they have the correct email address.

Can't get on to the live chat to check either

Hi eventually managed to get on the chat with someone. Used a different computer. Now have to wait until 10/02/25 before anything can be done.

They stated that, I would have to wait 120 days before I could contact them regarding the payment card.

The phone was a Pixel 8a and £100 card was part of the deal.

 

No reason why it would take so long, us nothing why the 10th of January was given as a date.

Now the 120 days is up still no sign of the £100 gift card.  I D Mobile have all my contact details so it isn't that they didn't know where to send to to.

So giving it to tomorrow to contact them again.

Hi Tyler thanks for the reply.

None of the deals listed below are the one I got with my phone.

 

My phone is a Google 8a and along with a phone I was to receive a laptop and a £100 Currys gift card.

My contract started 11/10/2024 (date of confirmation email). I received the laptop along with the phone.

I was told during a customer chat online on the 10/01/2025 that I had to wait 120 days which was the 10/02/2025. I still haven't received the card despite all of this.

Any help would be appreciated

I had first applied on the website but the deal was sorted over the phone with an ID member of staff
