Hi. I have taken my SIM out to activate a Spanish ESIM and my SIM’s mobile data doesn’t work now. What shall I do?

You need to configure your phone to use the eSIM of your choosing as the default connection for data.

I’d recommend the same as ​@WelshPaul above, you may need to select which SIM you want to do which job.
