How can I see my data usage as I had 30 odd gigs left and then 5 days later my data allowance was  0

on contract {REMOVED}. Most of the time I’m on WiFi so this is confusing f

Yes. There seems to have been 50gb of data used in a very short period of a week and we have no idea how or in what as we can’t access details of data spend

Are you still able to use your data @Lauren Durose (I’d suggest setting a Bill Cap of £0, if it’s not already, so if you have ran out you won’t get charged extra)? Looking at the account, I don’t see 50GB worth of usage. Thanks.

How can I talk to someone over the phone - I have 2 accounts with 2 different emails - one for me and one for my daughter and as  not allowed to put a number or email here it is difficult to sort this.
