data not rolling over

Hi, 

following changing my plan to higher data my data roll over was working but, this month it didn’t work!!

Hi ​@ahmamoh 

 

I’m afraid if you have upgraded or changed the plan, you would lose the data for that month and it will start afresh from next month.
