Hello, 

Just wondering if someone could help. 

I have changed my direct debit details to a new bank account and ever since my data hasn’t been working. I can receive calls but my data isn’t working. My app says I have 10GB to use over 29 days!

Please could someone suggest who I can contact about this!

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - which may need repeating a few times.

The Live Chat advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays (9am - 6pm at weekends).
