Data Roaming Abroad

Hi, I’ve just arrived in France and am trying to use my data roaming allowance. I’ve contacted ID Support via Twitter but they don’t seem to be able to help me. Basically, I can’t see how to turn on Data Roaming. When I was with my previous carrier (EE) I could toggle this on or off in the settings page under Mobile Data options. I’ve attached a screenshot of my wife’s Mobile Service Page (she’s still with EE). With ID, that screen does not appear. I go into ‘Mobile Data’ and just get a voice of ‘Off’ or ‘Personal’’ I’ve ticked ‘Personal’ because I don’t believe that ‘Off’ can be right, but this doesn’t help. Anyone got any ideas or help please? Screen shots attached. Many thanks for any help. I’m getting desperate!

@Bruce154 as you’ve got multiple SIMs installed on the phone you’ll need to click “Personal” on the screenshot above, the settings should be in there, at least they are for me on my iPhone 15. Toggle on Data Roaming from there and restart your iPhone.

If the above options don’t come up for you, as suggested, then that’s certainly odd. Have you tried resetting your network settings?

Thanks Tyler. I did try resetting Network settings, but it made no difference. I contacted ID Live Chat re the issue two days ago and I’m told it’s with their technical team. Meanwhile I’m in France with no data roaming, unable to make any calls or send/receive texts unless I’m connected to Wifi. It’s very frustrating and also rather worrying in case of emergency. As you can imagine, I’m very unhappy.
