Hi, I’ve just arrived in France and am trying to use my data roaming allowance. I’ve contacted ID Support via Twitter but they don’t seem to be able to help me. Basically, I can’t see how to turn on Data Roaming. When I was with my previous carrier (EE) I could toggle this on or off in the settings page under Mobile Data options. I’ve attached a screenshot of my wife’s Mobile Service Page (she’s still with EE). With ID, that screen does not appear. I go into ‘Mobile Data’ and just get a voice of ‘Off’ or ‘Personal’’ I’ve ticked ‘Personal’ because I don’t believe that ‘Off’ can be right, but this doesn’t help. Anyone got any ideas or help please? Screen shots attached. Many thanks for any help. I’m getting desperate!
