data roaming in usa not working after trying all options


I have paid for 5 days of data roaming in the USA but I haven’t been able to get it to work.  I have enabled data roaming, switched network to auto and reset network settings.  It still doesn’t work.

Sorry to hear this, have you tried switching from automatic network selection to manual and connecting to the networks shown for about 5 minutes each?

Please use AT&T, T-Mobile, Commnet Wireless, or Verizon


I have tried the individual providers and it still doesn’t work.

I guess if you haven’t managed to use any of your Roam Beyond add-on data allowance, maybe ask for a refund once the add-on expires, ​@Jacqui MacKenzie
