Data Rollover Not Working

Hi there,

 

My data has not been rolled over from the previous month, and I had quite a bit of it left. Anyone have ideas why??

You lose it! You start afresh when you upgrade.

Thank you for your response. 

 

Yes I did upgrade from 15GB per month to now 20GB per month. However, how does this affect data rollover, what happens to my unused data?

Oh Right, I see. So now it should continue the date roll over. So on my next month it will carry the unused data forward as normal, right ?
