Data Throttling - London - Unlimited Plan

Hello, 

I recently joined ID Mobile. 
 

I am very disappointed to report that the data throttling makes the service almost unusable.

When I use my Personal Hotspot to my computer, I get 6Mbps download and 0.36Mbps upload. 

This is insane!

4G data should be 20Mbps  AT LEAST

Unfortunately ​@dmdmdmdm, sounds like cellular network congestion (at the cell tower serving your location) could be affecting your mobile data ‘speed’ throughout the day.

Cellular network congestion may result in lower than expected download speeds, at any given point-in-time.

In addition, Three UK (the iD network partner) manage cellular network bandwidth using their TrafficSense product.

    What are your speeds directly through your mobile?

    Sorry to hear this, however please note that we cannot and do not guarantee any minimum download/upload speeds, you may get less than 20Mbps, this is normal.

    this isn’t relevant - throttling is experienced in the same location and at different times
