Data Usage in app makes no sense. Compared to my data usage on device

The iD customer service team should be able to confirm your plan and usage details.

Is your iD Mobile billing period from 1st of the month through to the month end, @Quandary77?

You need to align the billing cycle on your phone with iD billing period, to accurately monitor mobile data use between the two.

The ‘new’ iD app is not always accurate in the information it displays, @Quandary77.

Okay @Quandary77, unfortunately some customers are finding the ‘new’ iD app doesn’t always work as expected.

The screenshot shows how much data you have left for the month so in this case you still have 794GB to use in the next 11 days even though your contract shows you have only 500GB. Remember that unused data gets carried over to the next month.
