Hi I can’t change my dd as I keep getting an error message. Is this an issue on the web? I’ve tried both on Mobile and on the web. I need to change the details. Can this be looked into

The team are aware of issues with changing direct debits in the app/website, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

 

While this is an issue, you’ll be able to call 0800 049 2376 to arrange a direct debit.
