Degraded reception

Over the last few weeks mobile reception on my Samsung A22 and my wife’s A12 has become very poor. Our postcode area is SS12 9LJ. Is anybody else experiencing this or can give a reason for it?

Morning @Brian22,

Just checked with our Network partner 3, there is no reported issues at that postcode. Perhaps try removing your iD Mobile SIM from each device, switch off and own the phone then reinsert the SIM.

This will reconnect you and may improve things.
