I keep receiving an error message saying that my details do not match our records when trying to add my id mobile number in the app. I've checked my details and they are correct, i have also tried live chat but unfrotunately this could not be resolved. Is there any support for this issue?

Have you previously logged in with a different email? If so this’ll be causing the error.
