I am now considering leaving, I requested a new replacement sim over a week ago which you say has been sent , however this has never been received, I have chased this up already with you via way of live chat and it’s still not arrived, my son is now expected to go on holiday for the next 10 days without a SIM card in his phone that is used for a medical device, so the medical phone will now not work without a SIM card/data plan, this is extremely dangerous and unacceptable I am very dissapointed in the service provided

Hey @Logan kennard,

Sorry to hear this. If you are able to, pop to your nearest Currys store and you can get a replacement SIM there and then. Alternatively, if your son’s device is eSIM compatible, our Live Chat team can send you a digital SIM card instantly.

Thanks.

I called this morning and asked that his old sim is unlocked in time for our holiday (as the old phone was found) and was told it would be unlocked within the hour, and guess what?! It’s not been unlocked like I requested!!! So we are now on our way to Menorca with our the essential Catalan we needed for our son’s medical phone! Please rectify this asap

the whole reason I requested a sim sent was because when the phone was lost, we didn’t live near a curry’s so requested it sent.

now the phone has been found please just unlock the sim as the live chat agent said they would but still hasn’t! This is essential medical equipment

Looking at the number ending in 292, the SIM is unblocked and there has been Roaming usage. Hopefully this means this has been resolved? Thanks.
