I have a lot of issues here, I was presented by this deal of a fixed £5 a month I also capped the account at the same rate, why am I suddenly issued a bill of £10 a month? This offer was entirely misrepresented. What should I do? Are you aware this deal was misrepresented on your website. I am very confused. I would appreciate your advice and support. Thank you.

If you’re unhappy at iD Mobile, maybe the best option is to cancel your iD contract, in the cooling-off period,
