Hi I change my direct debit today on 1st every month.  Original was between 27th and 29th of each month.  Did day gonna take my dd now or on 1st?

    If you’ve just changed your billing date, please check on the app/website, and it should now show your new billing date.

     

    If not, please await your next bill to be produced, and it should show your new billing date.

    As you changed your date so close to your original DD date then it should come in to affect the next month payment is due.
