Direct Debit details

Hi

Could you please explain why I have two separate direct debits for the same phone number. Also only one bill shows up on my ID app.

Looks like when you purchased your iPhone 11 @Steve Lusby you took it out as an additional new contract with a new number, instead of upgrading your existing plan. To resolve this, you’ll need to do a triangle port, I’ll send you more details via Private Message. Thanks.

Hey @Steve Lusby,

Are both Direct Debits active (so Money is leaving your account)?

Thanks.

Hi Matthew

Yes both direct debits were active. I cancelled what I thought was an old DD but have been told this is active as well as the other. I upgraded my phone sometime ago and am paying £28.00 a month. This does not show up on my plan.

Regards

Steve

Thanks for confirming @Steve Lusby - looks like you have two active iD Mobile contracts. One was started on the 7th February 2023 (number ending in 024) and another started on the 26th October 2020 (number ending in 924). This’ll explain why you have two payments. Thanks.
