Hello,
When I have logged onto my ID mobile account/app it say’s my bill payment was successful and paid.
However I have checked my bank account and the direct debit has not been taken out at all, I have spoken to the bank and the direct debit is active but no money has been taken out of my account. I have checked my direct debit details on id mobile and they are correct as I had changed them 3 months ago and payments had been taken out of this account but on 18th July 2024 a payment was received and sucessful but no money come out my account and the bill is not outstanding? What is going on here can someone help me? I have tried speaking to the live chat team and they have said a payment was succesful, I honestly do not understand.
