I recently have took a phone out on contract with ID mobile in December. I have then changed my direct debit details. There is money in the bank but the direct debit for some reason is not working then I have to pay by calling the payment phone number on the same day. I have had to do this for the last three months Will this affect my credit score as it’s not a problem on my end it’s a problem on there’s.

Your credit score might be affected if you missed your monthly payment, @Obee

Since you’ve paid using the iD telephone payment service, your account shouldn’t have fallen into arrears.

Hello @Obee

Thank you for getting in touch with us here on the community.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing the issues with your direct debit.

Can we please ask that you login to your online account or iD Mobile app and ensure the correct details are showing for the direct debit there?

As @andewhite has advised, credit reports would be impacted in the event that the payment is missed/overdue.

Thanks,

Nat
