Hi there @muaazbk07

Unless you fraudulently applied for an iD mobile account you should only have one date of birth (that being the date you were born)

Anyway, you should be able to change the Direct Debit details by following the instructions here

(that link also has the method using your online account too)

However note the following

Please note: Direct Debit instructions can take up to 10 working days to process. If you have a payment due within this period, we recommend making a manual payment first to avoid any disruption to your service.

And

Please note: The cut-off date for making changes to your Direct Debit is five days before the bill is due. If you make changes after this cut-off date, we recommend making a manual payment to avoid missing a payment.

Hey there @muaazbk07, sorry to hear that.

The date of birth on the account should be your date of birth, unless you bought it for someone else and entered theres.

In terms of changing the direct debit, please refer the to link sent kindly by @Daz_S which will explain further, as we cannot change your direct debit our end for you.

If you’re having issues with logging in or remember details still, please let us know.

Thanks,

Tyler
