disappearing data


 

I am a new customer so have been keeping an eye on my data usage to make sure i am on the right plan. With 3 days to go to it resetting, last night i had 23 gig left out of 36. I got up this morning and there is only 3.8 left. Yet my phone settings say i have only used 12.7gig in the period. I reset this when i joined. Where has my data gone. Was really pleased with your sevice up to this point.

There are some issues with data tracking showing in the iD Mobile app/website, the team are aware and working on a fix, apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

 

Typically we send a text to let you know when you’ve reached 80% and 100% of your data allowance for a month.

 

It is worth noting that a device can use data during the night to update should it not be over Wi-Fi.
