Dissapointed First Month with ID

Very dissapointed with 1st Month with ID. Firstly, found ID eats more Data then other providers, Try to increse Data plan in first 14 days, told No, they said you could change data plan on 7/7/2026, guess what no data plans available (I don't belive ID has no plans). Going back to first 14 days I said can I cancel contract please? Responce YES, we will cancel your contract immeadately and you will lose your NUMBER. Am I disapoint YES

We're very sorry to hear that your first month with iD Mobile has been disappointing.

Modern smartphones can use significantly more data than expected due to background activity such as app updates, cloud backups, software updates and other services running automatically. This can sometimes make it appear that data is being used more quickly than on a previous device or network.

With regards to changing your plan, depending on your agreement, plan changes may only become available after 6 months, and only if suitable options are available on the account at that time.

We'd also like to clarify the information regarding the cooling-off period. During the cooling-off period, you are able to return your contract. If you wished to keep your existing mobile number, this can usually be done by obtaining a PAC code and providing it to your new provider before the service is disconnected. We're sorry if this wasn't explained clearly during your contact with us.
