A man rang me yesterday after I had raised a question about my new plan. The chat bot had told me someone would contact me so I was expecting a call. However I am now stressing that doesn’t happen as a private message from Tom today asking me for the same information I gave the man I spoke to yesterday. Can anyone please advise
