double charges

I have just had an email about my monthly bill and it was double what it is normally.  When I checked I seem to have been charged for middle of December to middle of Jan and then middle of Jan to middle of February on one bill even though I paid in December and paid In January??

 

It doesn't give me the option to query with anybody....can anyone advise??  Thanks

Have you made any changes to your plan or direct debit recently?

If yes, this would explain a change in your bill pattern but this should return to normal the following month.
