I accidentally double ordered a new contract phone. I was advised by a online advisor that it was too late to cancel the order and to just accept 1 parcel on delivery and reject the other one so that it would be returned. I now have 1 new phone but don't know which number is assigned to it. I have tried getting through to someone via the chat but am not getting anywhere.
