ID Mobile said I was due to make a payment, which I did and then it came out a second time in direct debit. Please advise?

If you have a direct debit set up payments would be taken automatically.Â
If you have made a manual payment on top of your direct debit the amount would remain on the account as credit.
Credit can be used towards future bills or we can process a refund if you would prefer.
Please let us know how you wish to proceed.
