DPD just refused delivery of my new phone

DPD have just tried to deliver my new phone, however they refused to hand it over as i should have received a code, looks like the email and phone number DPD have for me are wrong so i obviously have not received a code

 

ID mobile i need help please to receive a code and then arrange redelivery of the phone ??
