Early upgrade but cant choose phone I want

So, I'm able to upgrade early from today, but the phone I want isn't showing up, but I can start a new contract?

 

I'd like to upgrade to a Motorola Edge 50 Ultra but only the pro is showing up. Why cant I upgrade to the Ultra?

Have you discussed your upgrade options with the iD sales team, on 020 7139 1397? 

The advisers work between 9am - 6pm.
