early upgrade from sim only contract to one with an iphone

My SIM only plan is due an upgrade on 22nd of February but would like to upgrade early to a new contract with an iPhone , I can't see anyway if doing this, no phone number to call, no email to email , live chat is a waste of time.

 

I am inclined to let this plan run it's course and cancel it in February and get a new deal with the phone somewhere else but don't really want to if I'm honest as I've not had any issues with ID mobile other trying to get to actually speak to someone..

Hey there ​@Dazmisiak, if your earliest upgrade date is 22nd February, then we wouldn’t be able to bring that forward I’m afraid, as that’s already likely to be the early upgrade date we’re offering you.

 

The reason you cannot see anywhere to upgrade yet is because you’ve not reached your upgrade date, so no upgrades will show.

 

If you’d like to upgrade from the date provided onwards, you’d simply need to login to the iD Mobile app/website and go to the “Upgrades” tab, and you’ll be able to upgrade from there.
