My SIM only plan is due an upgrade on 22nd of February but would like to upgrade early to a new contract with an iPhone , I can't see anyway if doing this, no phone number to call, no email to email , live chat is a waste of time.
I am inclined to let this plan run it's course and cancel it in February and get a new deal with the phone somewhere else but don't really want to if I'm honest as I've not had any issues with ID mobile other trying to get to actually speak to someone..
