Emergency calls only

I've just moved to I.D from O2 and cannot make or receive calls in my house. If I go out it works. I've checked the coverage in my area and it says it's excellent so don't know whether to get a new SIM or not? Anyone else had the same thing?

    Thanks Tom but it's a new phone which is 5g enabled.

    Think it's just that I have no signal which is no good.
