emergency calls only

So tonight, I upgraded the phone software and eversince my phone just says emergency calls only. Any ideas as to why and how to resolve.

    Maybe a duff software upgrade - can you rollback, ​@Danny J Verdon?

    What make and model handset is it? eSIM or physical SIM?

    It's the s24 ultra with physical sim.
