iD contracts don’t have an end date,
One of the parties has to give 30-days notice of cancellation, in order to end the contract.

Your contract does indeed have an end date in terms of when you’re free to upgrade or leave us, which will be the contract expiry date. If this doesn’t show up on the app/website, please contact our live-chat team who can advise what date this is;
