Hello, I have traded my Iphone 11 pro max for pixel 9 last month. It was under enhance trade in offer. The value for the iphone came up £155 and the additional offer payment was £150. I received the £155 on 2nd September, However i haven't received the £150 yet. I did fill up the form and i have reference number as well. I have emailed curry's about this and they are just going in circles. I have checked the forum and this is the common issue with the trade-in scheme. Seems like curry's doing it intentionally. ID mobile, please look in to this as its a common issue faced by many customer. I am wasting time on this thing for a while now.
