Error when trying to see my plan

I have recently bought a new plan an transferred my number from Three to ID Mobile but I cannot see my plan. I also cannot use my phone number now and my Apple account keeps showing the old one. Please help.

How long have you been having the issues?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I would also advise checking your account online to see if that shows anything different.
