Does anyone have the details of the director / email address or telephone number.

 

usual lines of communication prove fruitless what a joke of a provider ! 
 

hopefully the CEO can help make a decision

Don’t hold your breath as you will not get anywhere I’ve tried everything way this ID mobile is frankly disgusting  I suggest leave and go to another provider

I am trying , it is an absolute shambles.

 

Wont even give me a legal department so we can speak through legal teams.

 

If you stop paying your bill they will see the debt to a collector then your in a whole world of pain for no good reason !!

 

its just shameful

I do wish you luck I am starting to I get ready to make a formal complaint to OFCOM and I will if needed start a site on Faacebook. I personally think they are all amateurs and frankly bordering in a load of scammers. You could go to the local Currys store as currys own ID mobile and ask for help? Although again I have a feeling they are just as futile.

I am already going to leave and I have only been with them a day!! But they say they have  technical issues with getting a PAC but the person on the chat app said he would register a formal complaint and I have a transcript of what was discussed back I will post this over social media is needs be. I cannot wait too leave this shocking disgraceful tin pot serviced provider

I do not give a stuff what this shocking ID mobile dictates so please stop sending me messaged as I have left ID mobile bank returned to a reliable safe and secure service!!
